ARCH ANGEL GABRIEL IFITEDUNU INVESTITURE

Event Description

On the 8th of November 2023, Arch Angel Gabriel Ifitedunu hosted an investiture event, during which the school officially welcomed its new Jss 1 students. 

The ceremony was presided over by the school manager, Rev Fr Jude Nebeife, who warmly greeted the newly admitted Jesse 1 students and reminded them of the purpose of their education. He motivated them to dedicate themselves to their studies and encouraged their active participation in the school's extracurricular activities. Following this, the event continued with the presentation and blessing of the Jss 1 students, after which the official opening of the 2022/2023 Academic session was solemnly declared by the former manager, Rev Fr Ejike Bliss.

Furthermore, Rev Fr Ejike Bliss, unveiled the top-performing students from the previous Academic session on the academic board. These outstanding students were then honored with awards. Notably, the best students from both the junior secondary and Senior secondary, namely Onwuka Martin-Luther and Nzewi Tochukwu, were granted scholarships for an entire term by the school manager.

The event concluded with a closing address from Rev Fr Ejike Bliss, who encouraged the students to be inspired by the achievements of their peers and to strive for excellence, aspiring to have their own photos displayed on the academic board one day. He also appealed to the parents to provide the necessary support and materials for their children's educational journey.
